FDDGS
In the U.S. we have started a project producing FDDGS instead of DDGS. Due to sharply increasing oil prices, bio-ethanol production is booming throughout the world.
However, as drying distillery waste from ethanol production usually requires oil and natural gas, it is a costly process. In addition, there are problems like quality deterioration linked to heating, and odor from factories. Our GEN system is able to treat distillery waste by Koji fermentation and can solve all of these problems at once.
