The allocation of new shares to Toyota Motor Corporation, Nippon Express Co., Ltd. and The Development Bank of Japan

We have completed the allocation of new shares to the third parties in March 2007.
The new shares were allocated to the following companies,

Toyota Motor Corporation
Nippon Express Co., Ltd.
The Development Bank of Japan

We made the decision to allocate new shares to those companies in order to secure fund for strengthening our research and development to respond to the enquiries from domestic and overseas companies who now share the increased concerns on environmental issues. We have chosen above 3 companies among others because of their concerns on environmental issues and to increase the synergy in the environment business as well.
