The allocation of new shares to All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd.

We have completed another allocation of new shares to the third parties in August, 2007. The new shares were allocated to All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd.After this allocation, respective percentages of shares owned by the third parties are as follows:
Toyota Motor Corporation 15%
Nippon Express Co., Ltd. 15%
All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. 10%
The Development Bank of Japan 5%
We made the decision to allocate new shares to those companies in order to secure funds for strengthening our research and development to respond to enquiries from domestic and overseas companies who are now increasingly concerned about environmental issues. We have chosen above 4 companies among others because of their concerns on environmental issues and also to increase synergy in our environment business.
