Heath drinks
For human consumption, we have developed new health drinks and food products from
rice, sweet potato, soy beans, banana and else using Koji fermentation and brewing
technology. Clinical test have shown that NK cells, which are known to kill cancer cells,
increase in number and activity level by 50% each by consuming one bottle of our health
drink per day for a week.
A lot of wastes in the fresh agricultural products sector are simply dumped but our
processes allow these materials to be turned into viable products as well. We produce
sparkling liquor (with 1% & 3% alcohol content), soft drinks and food products in this
category and market them through our group company, Kirishima Highland Brewery.
These products are sold through homepages of our group companies.
"Zenritsusen no Tomo" is a 1% alcohol sparkling aperitif. We are also planning to develop non-alcohol drinks and other new products.
